• Cashless Property: Please note the Inn at Opryland is a cashless hotel. All payments (front desk, dining, and sundries) must be made via credit or debit card.

🗓️ How to Book Your Stay

The group room block is officially open! You can book for one, two, or three nights for dates between Thursday, August 20, and Sunday, August 23.

⚠️ Important: The "Cut-Off Date" to receive the discounted rate is Thursday, July 16, 2026. After this date, the block will close and the booking link will deactivate.

Party Bus:

We invite you to join us on the Honky Tonk Party Express for a fun ride on a party bus through Downtown Nashville and surrounding areas on Friday evening.  There will be music, fellowship, and fun.  You must be 21 and older to ride.  The price is $40 per person.  This includes a shuttle buss to get you to and from the convention hotel to the bus departure location as well as a two-hour party ride. Alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks will be available for purchase at the bus departure site.  Drinks will be loaded onto the bus to be served by a bartender throughout the ride.  We hope to see you there!

Braille Wear -

Tote bags, T-shirts, aprons, Crossbody bags, and accessories with tactile 
embroidered Braille, print, and some embroidered images. Fun and unique items.
